· Our Buyers get any where from .05% to 2.5% of the sales price back to them on selected properties. So on an $800,000 sales price that would be $4,000 to $20,000 that a Buyer would get for working with Assist-2-Sell Full Service Real Estate.
· Remember if interest rates go from 6% to 8% on a $700,000 loan your payment would be over $900 per month more. If prices go down by $100,000 and you have a $700,000 loan at 6% versus a $600,000 loan at 8% your payment would still be $200 more per month.
